On November 1, we celebrated the one year mark since Judge Fabiano issued a judicial stay, prohibiting construction of the asphalt plant in the Rockton community. Although things have moved rather slowly in 2019, the stay remains in place, guaranteeing no construction before the 2020 season. This was a big deal - and it's all because of the support and engagement of the Rockton community. We are Rockton Strong.
