On Friday, June 14, at 4:28 pm, Judge Fabiano issued her opinion and disclaimed that the 2018 permit violated zoning laws or was an arbitrary decision, thereby giving the green light for an asphalt plant to be sited at 11200 North Main Street in Rockton.

For six years, we've fought hard against the siting of an asphalt plant in our community. We vehemently disagree with Judge Fabiano's decision and the way this entire process has concluded, but know that we gave our best effort to protect the community we call home from the potential harms this plant poses.
