FINANCIAL UPDATE - MONTHLY REPORT

We are now 10 days into the new decade. We hope everyone had a Happy New Year! To all those who have given any resources (time, support, and/or donations), we say THANK YOU. It’s only though the efforts and support of our community that we can continue and be successful.

From the start of Rockton Strong, transparency has been key. Transparency of the process, and just as important, transparency as to the financial expenditures. Every month we provide a view into where the funding has been used and where we stand as far as the case.

1. To date, donations have totaled $25,846. We have invested over $14,500 in legal costs thus far. Over 93% of funds spent has gone directly to legal costs. The remainder has been spent on organizational filing costs, permits, and insurance.

2. During the month of December, we incurred the following expenses:

December COB - $62
Squarespace- $16
Post Office Box- $46

TOTAL EXPENSES DECEMBER 2019: $ 124.00

3. The legal fight continues. Our next court date is JAN 15, 2020. We've now managed to delay the construction of the asphalt plant by over one year. We find it encouraging that we have delayed past one season of construction. Beginning in January, we expect to start discussing depositions and expect the case to move to trial sometime this year. We will update as soon as the hearing on the 15th has taken place.
