Atty Meason appeared in Judge Fabiano's court today, April 10, on behalf of the petitioners in our lawsuit against the asphalt plant. All sides agreed more time was needed to complete the discovery phase.

For those unfamiliar with the process, the discovery phase is essentially an exchange of information regarding potential witnesses and their expected testimony. Our next court date is on June 12, 2019 at 9 AM. We hope to have discovery completed and to potentially move on to selecting a date for trial. This process has taken longer than we had anticipated, but that's a good thing. The judicial order against the start of construction of the asphalt plant remains in effect.
